I have over 20 years’ experience in New Zealand and overseas, as a specialist in commercial leasing, property development, acquisitions and disposals.

I advise clients on property investments, large scale residential developments, construction contracts, commercial leases, buying and selling of businesses, financing and structuring.

I take a pragmatic and commercial approach to the law, combined with an ability to clearly communicate the key issues to my clients.

I am an Accredited Specialist of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society and Chair of the Southern Health and Disability Ethics Committee.  In addition, I am Co-Chair of the Board of Te Putahi Centre for Architecture and City Making.
