I am an experienced legal executive who works almost exclusively on the residential portfolio of one of New Zealand’s largest residential and commercial building and development groups. I provide conveyance services for the cycle of the group’s residential developments, from due diligence during the purchase of subdivisions, to on-selling lots as house and land packages, and settling sales transactions. Seeing the job through from a bare land development through to people being settled in their new home is a rewarding aspect of my work.

I enjoy strong relationships with the group’s team which makes the job easier when there are tough decisions to be made. With excellent knowledge of the client, and a positive, friendly approach, I aim to always resolve any issues in the client’s negotiations and agreements quickly and professionally.
